Teacher Training

In France

Ending the year with The ELT Hub

Skill up? Did you know that if you live and work in France you will likely have a CPF training account. You can use this training money to do our CELTA. Any old (DIF) credits not added to your activated account by 31/12/20 will be lost. Hurry!

We have one more CELTA training course before the year end, starting 16 November. Due to COVID-19 regulations it will be online. This course will last 5 weeks, one week longer than our face-to-face CELTA, to give you time to become comfortable with the online technology. Tech knowledge as a teacher has become an imperative these days: you will leave the course with both an internationally-recognised English teaching qualification and online teaching experience. Places are limited so contact us soon (email : jane.ryder@theelthub.com)

We're also very pleased to announce the successful launch of our new Diploma level qualification, the Trinity College Diploma in TESOL We particularly like the format of the Trinity Diploma and the way candidates' work is assessed. Full details about our Diploma programme will shortly be available on our website and in the meantime do check out https://www.trinitycollege.com/qualifications/teaching-english/diptesol and contact me for more details.

Welcome to the ELT Hub

The ELT Hub is now able to offer you the widest range of English teacher training services in France as well as some important options wider afield.

CELTA, the most recognised teaching Certficate in TEFL : We offer a choice of sites in France where you can take your CELTA in a variety of formats. If you're confident you can pass your CELTA with the classic 4-week intensive course, then check out our city sites in Strasbourg and Lyon. If you'd rather take that bit longer and enjoy a beautiful, rural setting, then why not do the five-week course at our Brittany site by the sea ?

DELTA, the Cambridge English Diploma-level qualification : We provide all three DELTA modules and our DELTA Module Two programme is particularly suited to teachers with busy schedules. Our success rate is way above the national average; check out our results on the DELTA course details.

Cambridge Assessment English exams : We are accredited to offer the complete range of Cambridge exams at our centre in Brittany. Check out details for this at http://landerneau.cambridgecentres.org

CertTESOL, the Trinity College London Certificate in TESOL. We now offer this important alternative to CELTA in Moscow, Russia.

TYLEC – if you're thinking of specialising in teaching children, or you already do but you lack a formal qualification, then you might be interested in our new Trinity College, London, certificate level programme in teaching English to Young Learners, the Trinity College TYLEC. Shorter than the CELTA and with a teaching practice component. We offer TYLEC courses at our Brittany site in France and in Moscow.

All of us at The ELT Hub look forward to working with you and meeting you in person.
